forget emailing them, as long as you have at least a cd burner and a lot of cdr's or cdrw's, get norton ghost and do it that way. I have it, and it works fine for me.

Som1 told me to use drivecopy ....it makes an exact image of one hdd to the new one, Ill see how it goes.

Well I used Norton Ghost 2003 and everything went perfectly!


PS: Anyone wanna buy a 80GB Hitachi HDD 7200 ATA100 for $25+S&H?
