I've seen tourists phoning the front desk because the front desk person has been on the phone for like 3 minutes.

I can't criticize, however. My friends and I still make jokes about "failing our saves" when we screw something up.

Pets are allowed? I think there is only one pet-friendly room in the hotel I worked in. Well, 50 rooms.

Actually, yeah, we allow pets in all of our rooms. I just love it when I get somebody checking in who requests a "no pet" room and they get all pissy when I have to tell them that there's no such thing on our property.
