PvP Guided Arrow need AR?

Guided Arrow doesnt always hit. You block it, out run it, and defense can cnacle a Guided Arrow from hitting in 1.10

defense doesnt cancel it out the only thing is either a block or avoid/evade can stop GA

And I'm sure that Assassins could Weapon Block them too!

weapon block does stop it and with an assassin u can use the one that makes u run fast and outrun the arrows pretty easily, i know i do. i can circle a zon and then dragon flight in and WW and then its an easy 1hit KO

Are u ppl that oblivious to the words BLOCK, i highlighted it. NOTICE that in "WEAPON BLOCK" CONTAINS the word BLOCK. As in my last posts i said BLOCK, what part do you NOT UNDERSTAND? Just out of curiosity what level of english are you guys in?
