I got the NES first. Never owned a Genesis, but my friend did and I always played it.

After the NES -> SNES -> Gameboy -> Nintendo 64 -> PS1 -> PS2 -> Gamecube

PS2>Gamecube > Gameboy Advance > Game Boy Color > SNES > Genesis > N64 > Gameboy Pocket > Playstation > NES (though I still play FF 3j for NES, or to be more correct, Famicom!)
