Does Mephisto have cold res?

In softcore the proper point spread for a sorc is max Thunderstorm, Lightning Mastery and Cold Mastery, but only put 10pts. into Forzen Orb. If you are making a mf sorc, then your best items are Occy, Shako, Wartravs, Tal's Ammy+Belt+Armor, Luna Shield turned into a Rhyme Shield and Chancies. the rest is all lit and cold resist charms plus and char point spread of 100 str. 150energy and max Vit. You can also sub the tals armor with Skullders Ire. I haven't tried it in hardcore yet but it's not going to matther when the 1.20 patch comes out with synergies. Hope that helps!
