I also want rares to be able to be better than ANY unique, like it was in Classic D2. No more cookie cutter builds, but mostly original, that would own! Titusfied

this would be nice but it is kinda like this now for instance:

i got an ethereal hydra egde
with 109% ed
30% ias
+69 max dmg at lvl 90
13xx ar at lvl 90
4% mana leech
+2 offensive auras
eth'd
oh repair 1 in 30 seconds too

it does almost 300 1 hand dmg

its pretty godly but its hella slow..
