Web Logo needed!+

Hello, just asking anyone if they can build a mini logo for my site like the one for zelaron... with the eye


like that. Also in need of a free forum hoster, that i can link to my site, so that people can inform me of screw up's, or they can submit pics. what i can do in return is put your mini logo on my site, linked to your site, thats all that i can offer. post here please if your up for it. The logo must have some eneme involved in it, and must be done better then what i can do
