the D2 team was SEVERLY downsized yes, but no i doubt D3 will come out, in case u havent noticed all of the new job positions on blizzards site, most of those are either for D2 or Starcraft Ghost, obviously people don't seem to like blizzards people, because Blizzard is losin people fast. Also, why do u think Blizzard is doin patches and not d3? because d3 would be to much new coding for, COMPLETELY new items, maybe a char or 2, skill changes, quest changes, another act, all of that, and they just dont have the coders to do it
