well only 2 classes could use it which is hunter or warrior and warrior clearly has a better use for it than a hunter
a hunter's damage is suppose to come from his range weapon and not his melee weapon and their survival talent thing i heard is the worst ones out of all the characters
a warrior is only melee and i have almost NEVER seen a warrior use a shield and one hand unless they are in a dungeon/instance, they are always using a 2 hander which is the best choice anyways because it does the most damage, and also more warriors seem to be offensive rather than defensive
