gta 3 multiplayer

They've got it to a basic DM stage, but cars/pedestrians/weps don't randomly appear and cars cannot be destroyed yet.

i expected something like that
I really hoped that u could just play the game like u do in singleplayer but with more ppl walking around, sort of a mmorpg isnt then
