Wierd Trade, USEast SC for UsWest HC

Hello everyone. Recently all my friends have just moved from SC East to HC USwest and now I'm all alone on East. Playing d2 without friends is boring now so I want to make the transition to HC West but I hate starting completely over....I simpliy won't do it so this is why I have made this post. I'm looking to trade my SC East items for mid-range HC West Zon items... Not to sure if this will work out but we'll see. This is what I have for trade on SC East.
