Crashing problem

i don't get it. i keep crashing when i started a game seeing 1 town hall 4-5 worker. my mouse turn to arrow not hand. and when it load to enter game is like this ======= this is 5 sec ago ============= 10sec ago ============= 15sec ============= 20sec ================= 25sec ================== 30sec then =======================Finish! in game poof crash right in beginning i got crash 5 times
