Jump in the lava in ironforge and it will take you into the hidden area of old iron forge. I saw it with my own eyes in beta before they blocked it off.
Eh, you can still get into Old Ironforge. There is a stairwell straight out from the pvp battlemasters in Ironforge, go under it and it will let you duel. You then run down the hallway and take your immediate left. You should see a fire column and a window. Jump onto the column and next to the window, while running into window have your partner fear you. You will pop through the wall and ta`dah.
(btw, the picture was when I got bored and decided to go to stormwind, I would take control of my pet and run through stormwind and flag everyone, then release my pet and do it again. Was hopping to get a couple duelers.)
