Yeah, but you're 16 and your metabolism is just going to deteriorate over time. Either way, I think the Atkins diet can work, but it isn't a very healthy diet.
Pretty much everything I eat is carbs and I'm very thin. I'm about 140 6'1". Oh yeah and I sit here all day.
Thats me except I go out every once and a while to harras the hot ass chicks in our neighborhood, sometimes it's well worth it .

i agree with you badboy. I have some exercise vids, a rowing machine, and my Tang Soo Do vids coming in soon. Plenty of activity to help lose some weight.
But a weight-loss plan i found useful was the SlimFast (i lost 10 lbs)
The main thing to not being a fatass, is not eating like a fatass. If your fat, and you come here all day long and play games all day long. Then don't, do some damn pushups, go drink some water, Eat salad instead of ravioli. Simple shit like that , just exercise all the time and eat good, doesn't matter what it is, if you eat good portions you'll do fine.

It works because the body is forced to sue fat as fuel instead of carbs, but you do feel like shit, from what i've heard. Im starting my cutting cycle this week

Im trying to cut back to 150 at 9% body fat like the 145 pic, Im thinking of going low carb for 4 weeks but its hard because most food contains a shitload of carbs, also i need to get a thermogenic pill to raise metabolism.

I doubt they are, all they do is increase heart rate and metabolism which helps to break down fat cells, combina that with morning cardio & evening lifting and you'll be set, also you need to have your diet worked out or you wotn get results.

yeah, I heard someone was suing the Atkins people because the diet nearly killed him. Also, I can't eat salads...something about the taste I can't stand. Any salad substitutes you can recommend?
