Who likes to play these maps. I think they suck. You have to rely on air to get off of your base and expand most the time. Its easier in these maps for terran to wall off. Their annoying and stupid in my opinion. Whos ideas differ from mine

This might not be an island map but it kinda is somehow. Neo Hall of Valhalla is one of my most favourite maps ever and that is where ive played most of my memorable games.

Well you've got to fly off your starting position to do anything.. so I'd consider it an island map even though it isn't ALL islands.

IMO, I hate island maps. Too slow and boring. Plus, I hate air.

Well if you play against computers, they will own you in island maps. I remember when I was at my peak, they would own me hard.

Well, that depends on which units you build and how fast you build them in most cases.

i happon to like Island maps, because i know that i wont be rushed too early into the game. but realy i dont like them anymore then any other map, i lime maps where none knows the map, so its not like i start up, and know exatly where you are., like hunters, or any onther 8 player map for that matter.

Yeah I always thought that was pretty gay how the computer always knows exactly where you are and doesn't even have to search for you.
