I don't think so. The1 just says the person is his buddy if they have sent messages back and forth over the internet. I thought it was because he uses AIM and it has a buddy list...

With that out of the way, he needs to stay banned. Enough is enough already. I understand that practically everyone on this forum has spammed on occassion (some almost constantly) but this guy's situation is different. He breaks the rules, he gets banned. He forms two new logins, breaks the rules with both and gets banned two more times. He begs to be unbanned, breaks the rules and is banned again. That's four strikes, people. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but baseball rules state that three strikes dictates an "out".

The first thing I thought of as I was typing that last bit was "Grav. People are gonna bring up how many times Grav has been banned, unbanned and re-banned." There's a monumental difference between the two situations. Grav has been banned and unbanned numerous times over the course of a year and a half. The1 is quickly catching up to our friend, and in an 18th of the time.

The1 is just an ass. A stupid, stupid ass. Ban him for good.

No, I've seen the giant thread regarding The1 and Zelaron's collective comtempt for him in the Flame Forum. I've read most of it. I just never felt compelled to pitch in my two cents.

I think if someone is banned, then makes another username for any purpose whatsoever, he should be ip banned. That's going against the will of the person who did the banning, and since that person has high enough authority to ban in the first place, it's not good to go against that.

Ban him to hell. Don't just normal ban him anymore, cuz as you see, it's pointless. Ban him like you did to Grav before you switched servers. Then he'll be gone!
