Diablo 3 Wooooo

Diablo 3 -

Blizzard will also use the BlizzCon event to introduce Diablo 3 to gamers and if the excitement of Blizzard employees is anything to go by, the game will be a big deal. According to a message sent to WoW Guru by former Blizzard employee Chris Hartgraves, Diablo 3 takes place in heaven. Hell is trying to take it over and it is AWESOME looking ... Imagine the brightness of heaven being taken over by the darkness of hell ... Imagine WoW but in a Diablo world in amount of size and playability ... Also, guild housing is available in this game for those of you who know about it. They should have a gameplay demo to show at BlizzCon.

scroll down the page to where diablo 3 was mentiond @ blizzCon.. although i dont thnk it will be as good as Diablo II i might give it a try when it is officially released.

I think I the Warcraft setting is better for MMO then the Diablo setting. And WoW sounds better then WoD.

Also moved to general gaming, this isnt Diablo 2.

Yeah I know WoW sounds better, i just think Warcraft is too bright of a game and Diablo is dark... if that makes sense to you. I would have liked a MMO Diablo

I'm not saying an MMO diablo game would be bad or anything, but don't hate the game just because it's warcraft. I hated the warcraft games, and WoW is the greatest game I've ever played. Seriously. WoW is number one in my book.

Agreed. I would only play Diablo 3 if it was free online.

Ya. I'm pretty sure blizzard would be the first ones to have this news up on their site. Wouldn't you think?

True enough. I'm indifferent with this news for a few things. (1) I doubt they would make it a free online experience again. (2) It will ruin my life again. (3) It will ruin my life again.

Oh will you bullies shut up already?

Governing the achieved balance in Starcraft and popularity of the current installment of Diablo, I find it hard to see how Blizzard can provide any new ground-breaking differences for the series. Is taking Diablo closer to WoW really a good way to go? Why not start a new series, or at least get the official praise of Games Workshop this time around if Blizzard wants to make a second installment of Starcraft, so the races won't look as heavily influenced by Warhammer 40,000?

They could easily make a new Diablo without taking it closer to WoW.

Cmon now Chruser theyre Blizzard have a little faith. Ya we all know they like to build up the suspence a little to much for they're games, updates and patches but they haven't led us astray so far. Although we have yet to play Starcraft: Ghost I'm all for D3 but I'm not going to hold my breathe.
