Try it out, feel free to give hints, don't give the answer away if someone is asking for it.

Here it is:

Tell me how you did. I personally only got to level 6.

Only up to #8.

The closest I came is that "Laetitia "Koré" Aby" wrote the song "water became wine" (found in the source) which is the second track on "Birth of Rugged-Soul" (which fits with "mom, he formatted my second song"). Tried laetitia/kore, kore/aby, laetitia/aby, rugged/soul, birthof/ruggedsoul all with no effect. I give up for now.

lol, try adjusting the brightness/contrast of the pic like it says and see if you can't find the real un/pw in the image itself, and UN/PWs are always entered after clicking a link

i got to 6 with little trouble, but I have little clue there what I need anagrams of; it's really not worth my time, anyway.

Slaynish, #4 is NOT help/doom.
Check the side of the dresser. Notice the dashes and dots? Go from there

Since I want some help on number 8, I want people to make it there, so:

#6:
Check the source. You'll notice a URL. If you go there, you get this:

112 104 101 108
109 111 111 100

From here you should be able to figure it out.

#7:
This one drove me nuts.

The url says "name it backwards" when spelled backwards.
The title is "he went to the old school."
The source says, in a comment, "times have changed in deutschland"
The picture itself is of a Twix wrapper.

Search Google for "German + Twix". Read the first result. From the other clues, you should be able to figure out what URL to go to.

----------------

Edit, ah, found another clue (maybe) for #8.
The picture itself is called "screen8a.jpg". So changing that to "screen8b.jpg" will give you a picture with the text "Looking for pr0n here?" Might have something to do with the URL.

BEAT IT FINALLY

That second MP3 in the source is the key. Except it's not an MP3. Changed the extension over and over, and wound up with .txt revealing that it was an Adobe Photoshop file within the XML. So it's a JPG. The JPG tells you the username/password.

What I hate most is that none of the other clues meant anything, except the "format" of the second song.
