I beleive its meters divided by 0.3 to get feet. That would be 5.9 if I'm correct.

Use Google, and type "1.78m in feet" or something along those lines. Works great. Anyway, about 6'1" here.

Meters? MetERs!?? THE METRIC SYSTEM? DAMN YOU! I don't know wtf a meter is... I know it's close to a yard... You're 1.8 yards tall... That still sounds fucked up... It's like saying, "I'm 7 quarts tall."
