I would say more people eat tapioca then pistachio pudding. I see it around more at least.

How about an "I don't like pudding" option? Chocolate in my case though.

Chocolate and Butterscotch. Nothin' better. Hell, mix the two together and you get pudding that's orgasmically delicious.

Also, Tapioca pudding is rather good. I just can't eat a lot of it at once.
