I work at a resturant. No its not fast food. It's like the most upscale resturant in my city. The average meal costs between $20-$50. I pretty much bus/wait tables. $8.50 an hour gets me by.
Twenty-eight days... six hours... forty-two minutes... twelve seconds. That, is when the world will end.
I want to be working, but the fuckers at my grocery store haven't called me for like 2 months. Arrgghhh i hate this, I want to buy stuff but i don't have money...
My last job had me working as an ATR (Advanced Technical Representative) for Dish Network. $10.28/hr at full time was nice (with full benefits), but the job sucked ass. Answering phone calls for 8 hours a day isn't exactly amusing, considering we had to be nice to the customer, no matter what...
I worked there over a year and a half. I quit 12/31/03 though.
Man my brother has an awesome job. 12AM - 8AM at some computer lab on his campus and gets paid about 7-8 bucks an hour to basically study/surf net/ do nothing.
Night Auditor. I work 10:30pm to 7:00am. I do about three hours of actual work, and about 5 1/2 hours of video games and screwing around online. I get paid $9.50 an hour. Also, my job provides housing. Two-bedroom apartment, cable, phone and all utilities for about $160 a month.
Not really a job, it's an internship - have to do it to graduate. I "work" in a school district, fixing random computer problems and telling people to reboot.
Got a job at WaWa (its like 7-11), 6.50/H, my first job. 24 hours a week. Were do you people work?
Currently I am a pot-washer on weekdays and a dishwasher on weekends, in a kitchen at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, Reno, NV. However my last day is thursday, I quit because I am moving to California. Yayyy.
And... Still I say...
OMG YOU'RE GOING TO BE FUCKING SHOT!!!
... RUN!!!!
Maybe tonight we'll fly so far away... We'll be lost before the dawn...
My only jobs I have been doing are babysitting and helping people move. Then there are the things I do much more often like chores around the house and going to college.I might be a construction worker in Florida.
