In a recent thread on the Competition page one of the people running the competitions stated.
"The tremendous influx of teams is causing us to rethink alot of things.We are getting tons more input,which is great.But,it does cause a bit of 'lag' on our end.It'll be soon."
ok sweet, so does this mean they are going to upgrade their servers or whatever? or is the servers for AA oporated through someones PC?(i mean like non-company wise)

Theres player run servers, and Official servers (paid for by the Army) The competitions are being run by 3rd party site and the Americas Army website anounced on its main page to sign up your teams with them.
