Starting right now, today, no excuses. I am going to try and detox my body of any extra sugar intake for the next two weeks, by going cold turkey on a ton of assorted sweets and processed foods that my body does not need. Drinking water alone i'm hoping to trim up by the time spring break comes around, and in Fla that means going to the beach for a week non-stop.
I am already going to rule out drinking this weekend because I am going to Daytona, and that shouldn't count, but the sugar in beer is very low as far as I can figure, when compared to sodas and such.

day one, started with a soda after school but moving directly to water. I figure if I post on here atleast it will help me keep track somewhat of what i'm doing and can always have a reference point to look back on.
