Forum Icons

When xmf mentioned the forum icons in the forum stats thread, it reminded me that some of the forums need icons. A 40x40 px icon is needed, as well as an 80x80 px icon. The following forums lack icons:
Talk to the Staff
Game Forum Requests
Sports Forum
Reviews
Traditional Art (current icon doesn't exactly represent the topic)
World of Warcraft

Additionally, as I was surveying the icons that are present, it occurred to me that it would look much better if we combined the forum icon with the new posts indicator, like shown below, and that this could be done with a simple HTML change to the templates:

If we did this, we'd also need a default icon to put behind it if a forum doesn't have (and doesn't need) an icon.
