I'am trying to take a screen shot of a movie I'am watchin, but everytime I try to paste it into paint it paste the current frame of the movie and not the one a took PLUS it won't let me crop them......

  1. Close your movie player
  2. Open and play a different movie
  3. While the other movie is still playing, open and play the movie you want to take SS of
  4. Close the first movie
  5. Take screenshots

Still a no go, It still doing as before.
What media player do you sugest?
PS, its a div3 codec video.(Hellsing)

Edit: Also I can crop it but if a move it the crop changes to the other part of the SS, A SS of the SS will provide that same effect as well.

Try using VirtualDub if it's an .avi file you want to take a SS of. Find the right frame, then press Ctrl + 1 and paste into photoshop or whatever program.
