Prices for online...

I just got paid at work and I was browsing the game section at target, on thing hits me.
Everquest evolved, it has all the expansions and classic. At first I just looked and thought of all ppl had told me about that game then I just put it in the basket with all my candy.
I noticed:
30 days free online service requires valid credit card to activate. (addational charges will apply later)
I put it back and quickly, I still really want to play, but I cant without knowing the cost, does anyone know the cost for online play for all the expansions.
