All I have to say is that it'll suck if the hydrolics get ruptured and you have to carry even more weight than you originally needed to...

Simple concept yea, but intracate engineering and mechanics for sure.

I think it is a good idea.It would make things worse if it failed though because then the person would have a heavier load to carry.

Keep in mind that if they do a full suit version, they'll have to come up with some type of artificial spine for the suit in order for it to be able to lift greater weight than the wearer could.
