Background: Grew up in a small town called Nibleheim. Wishes to join SOLDIER. Never makes it. Used as a Sephiroth Clone by Professor Hojo. Fooled into believing he was in SOLDIER and given the memory of Zack.
Quest: Travelling to defeat Sephiroth. No, being summoned by Sephiroth. Escapes his influence and defeats Sephiroth.

Squall Leonhart-
Final Fantasy: VIII
Ultimate Weapon: Lionheart
Background: Grew up in Edea Krammar's orphange on the Centra continent. Taken by Balamb Garden. Has a great rivalry with Seifer Almasy. Stoic and anti-social, he eventually losens up due to Rinoa's influence.
Quest: Does a SeeD mission and gets sucked up into a giant plot by a sorceress from the future. Eventually exstinguishes the villain and that's all.

Zidane Triball-
Final Fantasy: IX
Ultimate Weapon: Ultima Weapon
Background: A specialized genome from another planet called Terra. Created by Garland, to be a "Angel of Death" to the people of Gaia. However, he forgets this and becomes a somewhat normal person.
Quest: On attempting to kidnap the princess, he is sucked into the events around him. Travels from place to place, just following what has been happening, motives varying on what he is doing. Faces his superior genome brother, Kuja. Kills him and prevents the destruction of existence itself.

Tidus-
Final Fantasy: X
Ultimate Weapon: Caladbolg(forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly)
Background: Lives in a "dream" world. An excillent blitz player, has a great hatred of his father. Also a little bit of a crybaby.
Quest: Swallowed by Sin, eventually becomes Yuna's guardian. Follows her to Zanarkand. Learns his about himself and the Fayth and his father.
