Skillgain

Was it changed? I've been using evaluating intelligence for an hour now on another character, and only gained .3 eval at 30. On previous characters I gained about every other try. And yes, I do have skills pointing down

i kind'a noticed that to last night with eval......but if i casted spells i gained just fine....but i am at 99

97 stealth, and I was using it for three hours and not .1 gain.

OMG i know what happened it is a anti macro shard now :{ u got to be moving to gain skill......PLEASE tell me this is a bug cause that REALLY sucks!!!

Ya I was fishing and only gained .1 in like 3 hours I was there... Uncool :<
