Necro Regs

Hi are necro regs supposed to be spawning on monsters? I thought that was post pub 16 crap.

Some necro regs are "true" rares which are found in a special way. They should never be loot from a monster though. Please give me more details of where they were seen/came from. Thanks.

Demon blood spawns off of blood eles. Demon blood is a necro reg. I get it like everytime I kill a blood.

Hmm it should only spawn Blood Viles. I'll check into it.

Thanks fixed for next reboot. "Vials of blood" will spawn on blood eles like it use to do on OSI.
