help, could this be a problem??

when i was playing starcraft, i was beating someone and i was about to beat him when he said if u dont leave in 30 sec, your harddrive will be bye bye and i didnt leave and beat him, so i was wondering could he actually do something like even besides messing my harddrive up like anything else??? or do u think this is a prank but also i would like if anyone could actually do anything in starcraft
