A barb that got 55 percent block dont need more block , because when u walk u gain + 20 percent block in total on 75.

True or bull?

Im sure when they tell you to walk instead of run (when dueling a barb), its more of a lag issue methinks...

when you run you always have 1/3rd block chance
so if you have maxed, 25% while running

if you have 55% block:
you have 55% when you walk/stand still
you have 18% when you run.
