Fire Sorcy

I have posted this at nemesis, and im seeking the help from a special somone, *all eyes on APOQ* Well, im in the makeing of a fire sorceress.... I need to know what gear/stats/skills... If she owns pretty bad in duels, i would be willing to spend as much as a 08 bugged havoced valor if that came down to it, i'd even try and get some white rings/gloves if that came down to it(if they came out on east) but shes PVP and... I need some help.
