What is the point of this game what would you give it on a scale of 1 to 10?

Just tell me your damn opinion of the game f00!

It's a really weird game. It takes place on a planet that has been wiped devoid of all life, and you play as the lone survivor. You are then granted, by the powers that be, the ability to restore life to the planet (sort of like Dark Cloud). But, that's about as cohesive as the plot gets. After that, the plot branches out in about a million directions, as you're sent on a countless number of sidequests.

If you give it a chance, it's a really cool game. The art direction is phenomenal, the characters are really great and there's a ton of stuff to do. If you're expecting a sequel to The Secret Of Mana, then you'll be disappointed. If you're expecting a beautifully crafted and extremely fun game, you'll love it.

I would make one suggestion to you before buying it, though. Buy the player's guide at the same time. If you don't, you'll find yourself really tangled up and confused as to what you should do next.

Well, I got the game for $1.10 (ahh... WareZ). So it wasnt a big waste.

Although I saw some screenshots and It made me wanna play it soo bad.... although I have to ship out my PS2 to get modded >_>.

This game sounds a lot like "Terranigma" to me. What with all the planet rebuilding and stuff.

KA, the actual rebuilding of the planet is a really minimal part of the game. It's not super-intricate like Dark Cloud.

Taco, every time I start to think you're not too terrible a person, you go and give me examples of why you actually are a pretty awful waste of flesh. If you're comparing it to its predecessor, The Secret of Mana, it sucks. SoM ownz LoM. I also hate the battle style of LoM.

King, I don't hate you. But, your unreasonable treatment of Kuja has placed you on my shit list for the moment. The only member here I can say I honestly hate is Taco. I'm not even joking. His behavior is reprehensible in every concievable fashion, and is justifiable by no means. He's no better than the pond scum that rob gas stations.
