what does 1.8 eagle do that's so good?

+200% Enhanced Damage
+2% Max Damage per Clvl

+45-75 Lightning Damage
Adds 20-40 Damage

wouldn't 1 to ama skills be better cuz of like guided arrow one more skill probably gives more than 100 damage extra...and eagle is bad.....buriza better...im giving a cruel hydra with 2 40/15 jewels to my merc....and buriza for me so merc is great...almost good as me...

anyways the buriza is on one chara and the hydra on a diff chara...he radjaveri one that the guy was giving if someone could guess the pass but someone(i forget who)made a prog to find the pass and so he just wrote the pass out and i needed another account to transfer...(i have 2 comps 2 cdkeys) and so ya...
