Well, "Man". The one in blue is English - Matt Berry. The one who he told to, "Watch this", is Rich Fuclher, an American actor, and all-round idiot. Couldn't act his way out of a paper bag.

The program, btw, is called Snuff Box, and is a BBC Three sketch show.

That was pretty funny. You know what, the man in blue looks like a person from Garth Marenghi's Darkplace.
