Ahh, see, any black man would have been able to interpret this correctly. When the Geto Boyz say "Gangsta-ass niqqaz can't run fast," they are actually talknig about OGs. It's implied in the music, but most whitey can't quite pick up on that yet.
I don't see why your baggin on a black guy, most of the time they are naturally and genetically more fit than most others(all those centuries or thousands of years adapting to their environment usually in africa or around those parts). Bones lighter so that they can run faster(depending on their fat content[no offense meant]), can handle uv a lot better than the average white guy, etc etc.
