Who runs this place?

I'm curious who runs this place? I know Chruser is owner in name, but who actually makes all the decisions? Chruser seems unbelievably inactive, and WetWired makes sure his presence is felt every once in a while by setting shitty rules up, but neither seems to be too active.

Chruser pays the bills. WW does all the coding..

Neither are really active.. So its really the Sup. Mods and Mods who are trying to keep the place in line.

Chruser owns Zelaron, I run Zelaron and own the server it is on. We're both pretty indecisive people, though, which is why nothing big ever changes. That's why we got Titusfied, but now he's gone, so pretty much the forum goes whereever it wants to...

Lets have our own Zelaron election and elect a president.
