Max
Oak Sage
Cyclone Armor
Hurricane
Tornado
Twister

Enigma armor teleport next to opponent and tornado him. Tornado is unblockable and once you teleport next to him you wont miss.

Tornado... is that pure magic dmg, like Bone Spirit, or is it physical dmg? I can't think of an appropriate element for it.

It is physical, but it (still?) doesn't go through the PvP Penalty fully.

Whether it went thru PvP penalty fully or not is kinda moot. It would still do horrendous damage.

The skills to max sound right to me.

With +skillz and crap tornado would do 6-10k dmg. With hurricane on while next to opponent it pwnz em. Just go as much life as you can get on this druid if somone wants to make one. You can go as low as 60strength on this mutha or even no dex.

as pekson said that leaves with 10 skill pts left you could consider using grizzly bear or pumping twister if u play on hitting 99
