I've been making dueling paladins like forever now and for some reason I always stumble upon the FHR mystery. Some people say 32-35, some say 62, 86, and even 152 "whoa!". Overtime I've been doing really great with 32-34 fhr. But I wanna know once and for all what is the best fhr for a pvp paladin?

32%. 35% is fine.

The loss in damage and life to hit the higher breakpoints isn't worth it.

also if you use small charms it has been said that they actually only give you 4 fhr.

yes, they are 5%

but i prefer grands/larges on my druids because they give better attack rating and in grand charms case more damage.
