Which one is most people on? And are empires like realms like on d2? Noob questions, but i have only got to play the game once now that my computer is acting up :-\

Empires have equal numbers of people, if one gets too high it gets handicapped, or vice-versa when it's too low. Every server (= to diablo 2 realm) has the 3 empires.
