Resident Evil Zero

curious if anyone has the game or if anyone has played it, and could share their 2 cents on the game. in my opinion it looks like a great game, but EP gives it a not so great review. http://www.techtv.com/extendedplay/r...408073,00.html

IGN said it was really cool. If you're one of those people like me who doesn't really give a rats ass about the awful controls, you'll really like it.

This game is going to be complete ownage! The entire game is rendered real time. No pussy pre-rendered backgrounds. I think this is also the new installment where you can switch back and forth between characters in real time.

Actually, RE Zero is still done in pre-rendered backgrounds. Capcom used a slightly advanced version of the graphics engine used in the RE1 Gamecube remake for RE Zero. You can switch between your characters at any time though, and you can also drop items wherever you want and come pick them back up later. I really want it, but I'm gonna wait a month or so before I pick it up.

I liked the commercials I saw. The game sitting under the tree right now I have 4 guesses at what it is. Metroid Prime, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater IV, Phantasy Star Online V1&2, or Resident Evil 0. I seriously hope thats what it is.
