Smilie Overhaul

As I'm sure many of you have noticed, the smilies in the new post page have been changing recently. I have been taking steps to dramaticly increase the quality, usefulness, and variety of smilies in the "short list" (the 21 that appear on the post reply page itself).

Things that have changed:

The smilies in the list and their order--I tried to pick smilies that were different from each other in more ways than just another way to show the same emotion, and also tried to give them logical groupings as much as possible
The smilies used--I went hunting for different and better smilies to make them more "fun"
The colors--why should most of the smilies be light yellow? Now a variety of colors are used
Quality of smilies--I converted several smilies to 3D, as well as adding new animations to two of them.

I havn't been here long but these are the best forums I have ever seen. Most options and best setup I have seen. Great great job. And the smiles are great.
