Meeting?

Posted 2002-01-25, 01:27 PM
What would be a good time for a meeting?
We need to talk about the forums, how they should be improved, how we should get new members and so on.
Personally, I could probably do it any time during the day, preferably now on saturday/sunday though.

As previously stated, I will not be able to attend any meeting on a weekend.

Or at night on this side of the planet

How about saturday, at... Hm, I don't know how the pacific times work, but my guess would be that it's sometime around 6 pm in the eastern US.

Since we delayed the meeting, we need a new date. I'm pretty much available at any time during fridays/saturdays, and a little earlier during the day on weekdays.

We can organize the meeting in the Chatroom.

I can moderate the chat so certain people are only allowed to talk so we can get different views without being overwhelmed with responses.

If you have any idea's go to the chatroom or PM me.

- Note: We need to setup a time that's available to everyone.

(I'm just noticing that I might sound off the wall to most people but I am currently not an Admin or Moderator yet taking a step up and organizing things. Oh well I like to help Zelaron as much as I can)

Setting up a big meeting isn't an easy thing to do, since someone will always be busy, so I tend to initiate unscheduled ones whenever everyone is online. Well, most people, atleast.
