Without further ado, check the features out over at the official DirectX site, as all I can say is that they're improved a lot, and it's worth getting for the latest optimal graphics.

As it said : its IMPROVED , so beilive there are fewer bugs.
But anyway i dont think there is some major bugs.

that does happen from times to times... allthough if it does make it more buggy surelly they will have a next up and running a.s.a.p

yeah the only reason I even question it is because if you install it and it fucks up your comp it is very hard too remove

yeah sometimes when you upgrade the thing changes your comp a little and sometimes cause other programs not to work and stuff

thats why u never get something the second it comes out, wait 2 weeks till a report comes out about it, then see if it would interfere with ur comp...

i installed this directx9 and it fucked up my comp i cant access my contol panel and alot of shit in that folder i suggest not dling it
