Well, there's been 2 things proven in Kuja's favor.

1.) He's the man to ask a question on character questions on 1.10.

2.) By being one of the first to kill Hell Baal, he's proven he has the spare time to do something useful as a mod.

I say give it to him, mainly because:

1.) Mods don't need uber-spelling/grammar. Apoq wasn't the man when it came to the english language either, neither is the other Kuja.

2.) Activity is kinda moot. If he doesn't help out, they'll just boot him and find someone else.

I haven't really seen him flame anyone or say anything abysmally stupid, so I say he's a candidate...
