By the way, I should mention that because of the Vampiric curse inflicted by the Hylden, Nosgothic Vampires are weak against the following things:

Water - Burns like fire if touched, kills instantly if submerged.

Fire - Vampires simply have no extra defenses againt it. Fire burns a Vampire in exactly the same fashion as a human.

Sonics - Extremely harsh sonics are capable of stunning Vampires because their hearing is exponentially sharper than a human's.

Sunlight - Sunlight will only kill fledglings. It weakens any other Vampire, but even during the day, Nosgothic Vampires are still stronger than most ordinary men. Older vampires aren't affected at all by sunlight.

Impalement - If a Vampire is impaled (not necessarily through the heart, just the torso) and they are left impaled for a period of time, then their wounds are incapable of closing. They bleed to death if impaled. Most Vampires can be resurrected after dying from impalement. Some vampiric bodies cannot take the strain, and being impaled simply causes them to dematerialize and disappear.

Beheading - If a Vampire's head is severed, he will die. However, most vampires can be resurrected from this as well.

Beyond that, Vampires evolve over the course of time. They are periodically given Dark Gifts by the powers that be. These Dark Gifts can range from anything between the ability to teleport to the ability transfrom into a cloud of mist. All Nosgothic Vampires are capable of superhuman strength, speed, stamina, healing, and a few other common abilities such as Slow Descent which allows a Vampire to land softly and sliently on the ground from any height, or The Whisper, which allows Vampires to communicate telepathically over any distance.

Just thought I'd point all that out.
