Joker commands must be entered before the garage code. These allow you to get
the car you've entered on the garage code at the touch of a button. This is
called spawning. An example. 0cc70ee6 1456b1oc

Would make a banshee appear anytime I wanted it to by pushing L2. These can
be put in more than once so you could have more jokers. I also have an
Infernu as a joker so by pushing L1 I get an infernus.
To change a car color you must first find the color of the car you want. Say
I wanted a Red w/white stripe banshee so I hijacked an ambulance. I then put
it in my garage spawned a banshee and wolla. I got my banshee.
