The numbers by the icons are the timer's telling me how much longer is left on the proc, they're optional. The two bars above my health bar is an add-on called heatsink and its tracking the internal cooldown of both of my trinkets, so i can time my other abilities based on when they can proc again, other than that everything else is pretty standard....
