Those might be Ban's glasses, but that looks more like Natsume than Ban as a chick.
According to the artist, Kazuki made him re-think how he drew gals. The line is his family specializes in a martial art that is of a feminine style so he just learned to be feminine


The one in the purple insert is Natsume which looks like the one with the glasses in that other pic



Kazuki's denoted as a guy pretty quick, particularly the Japanese VA is Souichiro Hoshi. I thought in the anime dub he's called "Mr" early on which sort of bummed me out, but Ban & Ginji never treat him as a female other than the hot springs where they think it's some random hetero couple at first. Ban points out that if one blocks out "the parts that don't work" Kazuki is pretty hot.
Come on. Kazuki uses string & Juubei uses needles? There were apparently promo sewing kits in Japan for them.
